Casper now has a podcasting studio for youth made possible by the Natrona Collective Health Trust and the Natrona County Recreation Joint Powers Board. This will be available free of charge to any youth signed up for the Casper Youth Hub. Signup is free for all youth. We hope this inspires youth to be more creative as we continue to create a safe mental health focused 3rd space in Casper for our youth.

HealthSource Chiropractic has a box located at 426 W 1st St, Casper, WY 82601 has a box for food donations for the Casper Youth Hub. If there is anyone who has extra snacks or food for teens and you feel the calling to donate the youth at the space would greatly appreciate it! Much Love Casper Youth Hub

We had the opportunity to speak with the Five Trails Rotary Club about the Casper Youth Hub! We shared what the Hub is, why we created it, how local youth have helped shape the space through YPAR, and what we’re excited to build next. We’re so grateful for the chance to share our mission alongside some of the incredible young people who make the Hub what it is. Thank you to Casper Rotary for inviting us and for continuing to invest in the next generation of Casper leaders. We believe the strongest communities are built when everyone has a place at the table, and we’re excited to keep bringing Casper’s youth, families, businesses, and community members together to build something our young people can be proud to call their own. 💙

We are excited to announce that we are building a lineup of new classes at the Casper Youth Hub, and we need your help to make sure we’re offering programs that interest you most.

Visit https://casperyouthhub.org and scroll about halfway down the homepage to explore the classes we’re currently planning. Right now, we’re looking at offering:

* Canvas Making & Stretching: Learn how to measure, build a wooden frame, stretch canvas, and create a professional-quality canvas ready for painting.
* DJ Fundamentals & Music Mixing: Learn the basics of DJing, mixing music, beat matching, and performing using professional DJ equipment.
* Beginner Sewing & T-Shirt Upcycling: Learn basic sewing skills while transforming old T-shirts into reusable tote bags and discovering the value of sustainable fashion.

If one or more of these classes interests you, please sign up! Your interest helps us determine which classes to launch first and ensures we’re creating programs that youth in our community are excited to attend.

We’re also looking for new ideas. If there’s a class, workshop, or skill you’d like to learn, let us know. Our goal is to build programs that are fun, creative, hands-on, and prepare youth with skills they can use for years to come.

After spending the last three weeks talking with youth, listening to their feedback, and seeing how they naturally use the space, we’re excited to announce the Casper Youth Hub’s initial operating hours.

Monday - Friday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Saturdays will be reserved for special classes, workshops, and activities. We’ll be announcing those opportunities over the coming weeks based on the interests and ideas shared by youth at the Hub.

As we bring on more adult volunteers, we’ll be expanding our schedule. Our goal is to stay open later during the summer months and add earlier daytime hours to better serve homeschooled and virtual-learning youth.

The Casper Youth Hub was built with youth, not just for youth, and we’ll continue shaping our programs and hours around what they tell us they need.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey so far. We can’t wait to continue growing together. ❤️
