Welcome to the Casper Downtown Outreach page!

Our Downtown Outreach is made up of several non-profit and public service entities who meet on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month to offer services to our homeless or low-income population of Casper. We meet at the Salvation Army where free lunch is served!

Organizations who are usually in attendance include Community Action Partnership, Healthcare for the Homeless, the Public Health Department, CWCC, THRIVE, DFS, Department of Workforce Services, the VA, and several other organizations as well!

We will have people in attendance who can assist with almost any need, or at least connect you to the right organization and service! Get laundry vouchers, clothing vouchers, healthcare services, support, referrals, and more. Can’t wait to see everyone!
