Family Hub - Natrona An innovative resource and referral system to connect families in Natrona County, WY to child care, physicians allied health professionals.

FAMILY HUB is the innovative Natrona County Integrated Resource & Referral project funded by American Academy of Pediatrics, CATCH (Community Access to Children’s Health) grants. Partnering with Wyoming Department of Health, Maternal and Child Health Division, it is a comprehensive resource that connects Natrona County families with licensed child care providers and primary care physicians/medical

homes to facilitate the overall health, wellness and early care and education of the children in the community. Through the broadened focus of care with a team approach and shared trainings, information and educational resources, programs improve services to optimize the growth and development of children.
