Here are some pictures from our recent YEC Summer Trip.

Every summer, the Youth Empowerment Council tries to celebrate and reward some of our most active and dedicated members to an all expense paid trip. This has been in numerous places such as Denver, Idaho, Yellowstone and Utah.

This year, YEC had 10 youth who went to Denver Colorado.

These 10 members volunteered at Ronald McDonald house and served over 60 dinner meals to struggling families.

They got to shop around and practice some team building during different activities.

They got to tour a candy factory, the contemporary arts museum, and got to Beat The Bomb 💣 We got to experience laugher, stress and fun during our foam explosion experience.

They also got to enjoy Elitch Gardens!

We had an amazing trip. We have such awesome members that have had some lovely experiences this year. We've sent members to multiple leadership camps, along with summer trip, and the opportunities don't end there.

Join us this Thursday. It's not too late to be a part of something bigger than yourself and have a voice in your community!
