The mission of the Natrona County Wyoming Toys for Tots Program, is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in Natrona County. Itโ€™s been so crazy busy the last few weeks trying to prepare for the next two days of getting toys ๐Ÿงธ the parents Iโ€™ve not had a chance to make all the posts to Thank everyone for all their generous support!!!!
Several weeks ago I met Brandy Smouse downtown when i was doing doing some fundraising for Toys for Tots. She said the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 306, here is Casper would like to helpโ€ฆ and boy did they!!! She called me and asked me come down so they could present Toys for Tots with a monitary donation. So myself and another volunteer, Tammy Lowe went down and accepted a very generous donation of 500.00! Another member had a check for an additional 100.00 for us.
But that was not where the Eagles stopped!! They continued to raise funds and toys for Toys for Tots!!! Brandy called again, with yet another donation!! This time for $1140.00!!!! I was so happy to accept this extraordinary and generous donation for Toys for Tots!!! This year has been hard, being the first year back after a two year break. I can not thank Casper enough for bringing Christmas to close to 1000 children this years!!!! Thank you so very much!! ๐ŸŽ„
