I-REACH 2 is the place for real, day-to-day life experiences, increased independence, and progressive supports for adults with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Everyone knows there’s no substitute for hard work, and we have a core focus on facilitating employment and volunteer opportunities as a gateway to independence and individual purpose for everyone who we support. We have been providing premier services that promote quality of life, independence, and ability in Natrona County since 1999. In 2018 the Ralph Ballard Academy was developed to further expand our mission. Our mission is to provide high quality, innovative, individualized, therapeutic services to adults with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. OUR PHILOSOPHY IS TO TAILOR A PROGRAM OF SUPPORT THAT ALLOWS EACH INDIVIDUAL WE SUPPORT TO REACH THEIR HIGHEST AND FULLEST POTENTIAL.

Karen's long-term career at DICK'S Sporting Goods is a great example of how everyone wins when workplaces welcome and support individuals with disabilities. Karen loves her job and her team, as evidenced by nearly nine years with the company, but she specifically highlights something we can all relate to: the importance of a paycheck!
