My organization manages the James Reeb Garden in North Casper on St John street. Unfortunately the garden was significantly vandalized last night.

According to neighborhood children, the individual involved was described as a young man with blond hair and may match the description of someone who has reportedly vandalized other properties in North Casper. We have contacted law enforcement and are actively working with them to address the situation.

If anyone has information, witnessed suspicious activity in the area, or may have seen related social media posts, please contact me at 307-315-5926 or reach out to the Casper Police Department. We are trying to identify the individual.

Hi all!

I wanted to share a quick summary of Wyoming Food for Thought Project’s summer programming.

This summer, we are expanding our efforts to help ensure children and families have reliable access to food while school is out. Our Summer Feeding Initiative includes Community Table, a free hot meal offered every Tuesday at 6:00 PM at 420 West First Street. The goal is to create a welcoming space where families can enjoy a meal together and connect with community resources.

We will also continue providing weekend food bags, available for pickup 24/7 at our building. Bags can be picked up inside during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM) or in the entryway after hours for easier access.

⭐️Attention Neighbors⭐️

We need some help from our neighbors in North Casper. With Spring Break we are experiencing a lot of unwanted activity at the James Reeb Garden. Groups of youth have been digging up our beds, throwing sticks/rocks at our new greenhouse, and being very disrespectful. Luckily a volunteer was on site to intervene before the brand new greenhouse was damaged… this activity has been constant all week. Please respect the space that we have worked so hard on!

🍎 Nourish & Learn – March Session 🍎

Join us on March 27th at 6:00 PM at 420 West First Street for another great evening of food, learning, and community connection!

This month’s Nourish & Learn will feature a live recipe demonstration by Cen$ible Nutrition, where families will learn how to prepare a healthy, budget-friendly meal and take home ideas they can easily recreate in their own kitchens.

We’re also excited to welcome the Natrona County Library Creation Station, who will be leading a fun, hands-on activity for kids and families that encourages creativity and learning.

✨ What to expect:
• Free meal and recipe demonstration
• Fun educational activity for kids
• Take-home recipes
• A welcoming, family-friendly environment
• Connection to local resources

This program is designed to help families build confidence in the kitchen while making healthy eating fun and accessible.
