When we’re able to, we purchase items from auctions that are held to benefit other ferret rescues. We’ve been the beneficiary before and we know that any amount donated or received can help tremendously. We’ve participated in auctions such as Rescuers Relief Auction House and Ferret Fabulous Finds Auction House. If you ever get the chance to participate they have wonderful finds.
This print was one such item we bid on and won. We took it to Hobby Lobby to be custom framed. They did a beautiful job!

I constantly have to cave in the holes otherwise these guys would dig to China. Mr. Hank Williams had that hole dug pretty deep. I caved it in and Miss Gizzy Girl is getting it going again lol

When you get excited that the vet bill for today was only $900….

3 of the ferrets spent the day with our vet.

Hank Williams for a check up on his tumor on his liver.

Aspen for a limp that started last week and didn’t subside with Anti inflammatory medication

Alfie for a persistent cough that happens every day at least once but not all day.

Everyone checks out good. No breaks, no advancement in tumors and no signs of infection. But all of these issues needed addressed and warrant watching.
