We Need Another Case Manager — And We Need Your Help ❤️

Interfaith is busier than ever, and the need in our community continues to grow. Unfortunately, that also means many people who desperately need assistance are currently waiting 3–4 weeks just to get an appointment.

There was a time when Interfaith operated with three case managers. Two years ago, when we lost one of our case managers, we made the difficult decision not to fill the vacant position because of funding constraints. We simply couldn’t justify adding another position without knowing we could sustain it.

But today, the need is greater than ever. Our remaining case managers are working incredibly hard to serve as many people as possible, but there are only so many hours in a day. People in crisis shouldn’t have to wait weeks for help.

We desperately need another case manager. But we can’t make that happen without the financial support to fund the position.

We are incredibly grateful to have a generous donor who has stepped forward with a $2,500 matching gift to help us move toward making this possible! That means your donation can go twice as far toward helping us bring another case manager on board.

Join us tomorrow!!! Come say hi and grab a pair of Bombas socks!

Tomorrow is the big day! This free event will be at Mathew Campfield Park tomorrow from 10am to 12:30pm. We have clothes, backpack, water bottles, summer toys and chalk to give away! There will kids activities at each of our partners' tables and a free brunch! This is a Back to School Bash for the whole family and we cannot wait to see you all there.

If you are looking for a chance to volunteer we will be setting up clothes from 7am to 10am and would gladly accept your help.

Interfaith offices will be closed for the remainder of the day. All entrances into North Casper are closed (except for Beverly), so for the safety of our staff and clients, we will be closed. Please leave us a message or voicemail and we will return your call tomorrow.

💙 Thank You, Hughes Charitable Foundation & WyoGives! 💙

We are incredibly grateful to the Hughes Charitable Foundation for providing a $1 million matching and incentive pool to boost , Wyoming’s annual 24-hour statewide online fundraising event hosted by the Wyoming Nonprofit Network.

Thanks to this incredible incentive pool, and the generosity of everyone who supported Interfaith during WyoGives, Interfaith of Natrona County earned an additional $1,619! 🎉

We would like to address some misinformation regarding the services we provide.

Interfaith is not currently able to offer utility assistance. The federal funding that previously supported this program was ended by DOGE last year. As a result, we have been unable to provide utility assistance since December 2024. We understand this is frustrating, but we simply do not have the funding available to pay utility bills or schedule appointments for a service we cannot provide.

We also want to make our expectations for interactions with our staff clear. Interfaith has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward our employees. We recognize that many members of our community are facing significant financial hardship and that utility bills are a major source of stress. However, our staff cannot provide assistance with funds that no longer exist.

Treating our staff with aggression, yelling, intimidation, or harassment will not be tolerated. Individuals who engage in this behavior may have future services limited or denied. We are committed to treating every person with dignity and respect, and we expect the same courtesy in return.
