The 10th Annual IAM Local 777/313 Trap Shoot benefiting Guide Dogs of America is Sunday, September 20th!
There is still time to register as a shooter or put together a team.
Additionally, dealer sponsored teams will also compete to dethrone the 2025 Dealer Champions, Auffenberg Kia, and bring the “Bragging Rights” Trophy home!
Come out for a great day supporting a great cause, with dozens of raffle prizes, 50/50, and BBQ available for donations.

As always thanks to everyone that volunteers to make the Belleville Labor Day celebration a success. This event happens every year on Labor Day. The Parade starts on 4th block of South 1st St., and ends at Hough Park for the annual Picnic where food, beverages and inflatable game for union members and their families. All IAM Members are welcome to walk with us in the Parade and we look forward to seeing you there next year.

Join us Monday September 7th for the SOUTHWESTERN ILLINOIS CENTRAL LABOR COUNCIL Parade and Picnic in Belleville Illinois. IAM participants are to meet at our staging area at 400 South 1st St. It is recommended to park at Hough Park and walk to the staging area. Message us here or reach out to Local 313 office with any questions.

Location: Parade is in downtown Belleville, lineup starts in 4th block of South 1st St., and will end at Hough Park with the annual Picnic. Parade & Picnic open to union members and their families ONLY. Food, beverages available, and inflatable games for kids with arm bands that can be purchased at the park.

Time: Parade – vehicle lineup 8:00 a.m.; marcher’s lineup 9:00 a.m.; Promptly starts at 10:00 a.m. / Picnic ends by 3:00 p.m.

Special Notice: NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED AT PARADE OR PICNIC

On June 13th the District 9 H.E.L.P.S. volunteers exceeded the goals building bed for Sleep in Heavenly Peace in Alton Illinois. The volunteers sanded, cut, drilled, screwed and stained enough lumber to complete 7 beds and finished extra sub assembles for future bed builds. The community service committee gathered up 51 items including pillows, comforters, sheet sets, bed-in-a-bag, blankets and quilts from individuals and the locals. We had 15 volunteers from 5 locals (41 313 660 668 and 777) including Assistant Directing Business Representative Tracy Gardner and Midwest Territory Special Representative Jennifer Kahl. On June 9th Local 313 Hosted their monthly membership meeting. At the conclusion of the meeting the local presented Brother Matt Johnson with a $100 Snap On gift card. Fried fish and refreshments were provided to all in attendance after the meeting. Everyone that attends a monthly meeting will be entered into Decembers $100 Snap On gift card drawing.
