RUFF Rescuing Unwanted Furever Friends We rescue, vet and find forever loving homes for animals in Central Illinois. We also help people that need to rehome their dogs or tame cats.

RUFF is a 501 C 3 not for profit group that is licensed with the Illinois Dept of Ag. We are a foster based rescue, which means our adoptables live in foster homes until they find their furever home. We help people with dogfood so they can keep their loving pets. RUFF doesnt want to see any animal suffering for whatever reason, so our goal is to help as many as we can. We need help and are looking
