A Heartfelt Milestone & A New Chapter for Jeffery’s Legacy 🎣💙
As we look back on the last five years of the Jeffery Powell Memorial Walleye Tournament and Auction, our hearts are full. Because of YOU, we’ve officially reached an incredible milestone: The Jeffery Powell Memorial Scholarship is now an endowed fund! 🎓✨
This means Jeffery’s memory will be honored with scholarships for deserving students every single year.
What’s changing? Since 2025 marked Jeffery’s graduation year, it served as our final large-scale tournament and auction. While the formal competition has come to a close, the tradition of coming together continues!
The New Tradition: Instead of a tournament, we invite you to grab your gear and join us for a day of fishing on the last Saturday in July every year. Let’s keep supporting our community and remembering Jeffery in the way he loved most—out on the water. 🌊
