NEW VIRTUAL OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN ABOUT CURRENT RESOURCES
The University of Arizona Cooperative Extension and Community Action Human Resources Agency (CAHRA) are conducting a series of presentations to inform the public of the services available in Pinal County.
Don’t miss this opportunity to learn about these resources in Pinal County via ZOOM, an easy to use communications technology tool.
The sessions will be available to the public every other week on Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m. The material that will be shared will be up to date information from agencies and organizations offering important services, especially
during this pandemic.
The session tomorrow Wednesday, August 26 will focus on CAHRA’s rental and utility assistance programs and homeless services. This will include information on the CARES/COVID funding received.
To register for the event, go to Eventbrite https://www.eventbrite.com/e/resource-recap-tickets-115792224661 where those interested will be emailed the information to join the virtual workshops. The sessions will be recorded, and the link shared with anyone who registers. If you registered for the first event you do not need to register again.
Other presentations planned include Food Programs, how the county and municipalities plan to use of the COVID funding received, resources for seniors, mental health services, and veterans’ services, among others.
