Last night’s Open Mic was a wonderful celebration of creativity, community, and connection. We were thrilled to welcome both new faces and returning performers who shared their talents and helped make the evening so special.

A huge thank you to our featured guests, Ballet Folklorico Calpulli, for bringing vibrant culture, movement, and energy to the stage.

We were also honored to have Casa Grande Alliance provide a special Narcan demonstration, helping educate our community and raise awareness about an important life-saving resource.

From singing and dancing to live music and artistic expression, the evening was filled with heart, courage, and inspiration.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who performed, volunteered, and joined us in the audience. Your support helps create a welcoming space where creativity can thrive and every voice has the opportunity to be heard.

We are so grateful for this amazing community and can't wait to do it again!

🎤 Stay tuned for upcoming Open Stage opportunities and arts & wellness events at YRHAP.

Until then, keep creating, keep connecting, and keep sharing your gifts with the world. 💜✨

There’s something magical about sharing your voice, your talent, or your creativity with others.

Performing isn't about being perfect.

It's about being brave enough to step into the spotlight and share a piece of yourself.

Whether you're singing a song, reading a poem, telling a story, dancing, playing an instrument, or making people laugh, every performance helps build confidence, self-expression, and connection.

You never know who needs to hear your words, feel your energy, or be inspired by your courage.

Open Stage is a place to grow, experiment, and celebrate creativity in all its forms. First-timers are welcome. Seasoned performers are welcome. Everyone in between is welcome too.

🎙️ Mark your calendars!

📍 October 10 - Open Stage at the Casa Grande Museum

Bring a song, a poem, a dance, a story, a comedy set, or simply come support local artists.

Every voice adds something special to the community.

✨ All ages. All genres. All experience levels. We welcome all. ✨

At YRHAP, our values are simple, human, and deeply rooted in community.
We believe in creating spaces where people feel safe to express themselves through movement, music, poetry, art, and connection. Every event, every circle, every open stage is built on the idea that creativity is healing and everyone deserves access to it.

We value inclusivity, making sure all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels feel welcome.

We value expression, honoring every voice whether spoken, sung, danced, whispered, or shared through someone else’s words.

We value healing, knowing that art, movement, and community can support mental, emotional, and physical wellness.

We value connection, because creativity becomes even more powerful when we experience it together.

And we value access, working to expand arts and wellness opportunities throughout our community as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

These values guide everything we do from Open Stage nights to wellness retreats to creative workshops. They’re the heart of our mission and the reason we continue to grow.

If you want to learn more about our mission or upcoming events, explore YRHAP or join us at the next Open Stage.

Your presence makes our community stronger.
