Join us Saturday, October 10, for one or all of these community events:
🧤 Citywide Cleanup | 7:30 a.m.
Meet at Villago Park to help clean up along Pinal Avenue. Supplies provided; just bring closed-toe shoes and sun protection!
🛋️ Bulk Trash Drop-Off | 7–11 a.m.
Bring furniture, appliances, tires, green waste and other bulky items to the Casa Grande Main Library parking lot, 350 E. 6th St. Free for residents.
📄 Casa Grande Youth Commission of Shredding | 9 a.m.–noon
Bring up to 5 boxes of documents to 1001 N. Pinal Ave. for FREE shredding. Electronics will also be accepted. Event ends at noon or when the truck is full.
Can’t make it? Residents can use the city landfill, located at 5200 S ChuiChu Road. The landfill is open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Residential users within Casa Grande city limits may dispose of waste for free with proof of residency. County customers must provide a current utility bill and driver’s license verifying that they live within the landfill service area; applicable fees apply.

Join us on Saturday, October 10, from 9:00 a.m. to Noon at 1001 N. Pinal Avenue for a free Community Shred Day.

A secure shred truck will be on-site to safely dispose of your personal and confidential documents. The event is free and open to the public. We’ll shred up to five boxes of documents at no cost. Donations to the Casa Grande Youth Commission are appreciated for additional boxes.

The City’s Public Works Department will also be on hand to recycle your electronic waste, making this a great opportunity to clear out clutter responsibly.

The Youth Commission is looking for students who want to speak up, lead, and help shape what’s happening in our community. You’ll team up with other students to represent youth perspectives and support projects that matter.

You can apply if you:
• Live in Pinal County
• Are enrolled in school (public, private, charter, virtual, or homeschool)
• Are in or entering grades 8–12
• (A couple at-large spots are open for students in other education programs too!)
