Want to make your voice heard AND make a real impact?
The Youth Commission is looking for students who want to speak up, lead, and help shape what’s happening in our community. You’ll team up with other students to represent youth perspectives and support projects that matter.

You can apply if you:
• Live in Pinal County
• Are enrolled in school (public, private, charter, virtual, or homeschool)
• Are in or entering grades 8–12
• (A couple at-large spots are open for students in other education programs too!)

📅 Interviews: Saturday, May 16, 2026
⏰ Between 7:30 AM – 12 PM
📍 City Hall Council Chambers (510 E. Florence Blvd.)

Spots are limited! If you’re selected, you’ll get your interview time ahead of time.

Youth Commission 2025 in Washington, D.C.! 🇺🇸

Members of the Casa Grande Youth Commission are in our nation’s capital this week, meeting with Senator Mark Kelly, and engaged with Senator Rubén Gallego, Senator Rick Scott, and Senator Ted Cruz to learn more about government, leadership, and civic engagement.

This marks the second trip the Youth Commission has taken to Washington, D.C., giving these young leaders a firsthand look at how our government works and inspiring the next generation of civic leadership.

A big thank you to the City of Casa Grande and the sponsors who helped make this opportunity possible: Ellison-Mills Contracting LLC, First American Bank, Cardinal Glass, APS, Kiwanis, and Carousel Soft Play.

Experiences like this help grow the future leaders of our community, and we’re proud to see them representing Casa Grande on a national stage. 👏
