Guardian Angel Thrift invites individuals living with memory loss and their care partners to participate in the Fuquay-Varina Memory Café — a welcoming, judgment-free gathering designed to foster connection, conversation, and community.

The Memory Cafe offers people dealing with cognitive impairment and their caregivers, opportunities to develop friendships and socialize in a safe and supportive space. Each meeting will have a different theme including various activities such as crafts, gentle exercise, nutrition demonstrations, and education. Light refreshments will be available with lunch on some occasions. Caregivers must accompany guests.

Held in partnership with community volunteers and local supporters in Fuquay-Varina, this program reflects Guardian Angel Thrift’s commitment to supporting individuals and families impacted by Alzheimer's disease. In addition to funding research across North Carolina, we are dedicated to providing meaningful local support resources that enhance quality of life.

Memory Cafe Kickoff will be held Friday May 29th from 11:30 - 1:30.
