The Taylor Family Y will host Livestrong, our evidence-based wellness program for adult cancer survivors in September.

Livestrong offers adult cancer survivors support through fitness instructors trained in post-rehab exercise, nutrition and supportive cancer care and is fully funded through the YMCA's Annual Campaign. Participants meet twice a week for 12 weeks.

Please be aware our Main Pool and pool house will be closed for replastering Aug. 24 - Sept. 20. Our Oasis Pool and bathrooms will be available for member use during this time. Pickleball players should check in at the main building front desk for court wristbands during the pool closure. Thank you for your patience as we advance our facilities.

It’s a great at Taylor Family YMCA Pool! We had an amazing halftime show performed by the Rhythm Rays and our Taylor Family YMCA Storm Summer Swim Team is hosting Kerr Family YMCA, East Triangle YMCA, and Knightdale YMCA Swim Teams for a fantastic time!
