We had a great time at the New Restoration Outreach Christian Center in Raleigh yesterday. Bishop and First Lady Ellis are wonderful friends of mine. PBC and NROCC has shared a great ministry partnership for years. They will be initiating a new Bible Study and mentorship program at one of our transitional houses. Congratulations to them as they’ve paid their Church off and had a great celebration!!Good food and good times were had by all!!!

Please welcome Quinn and Michael. They are new residents in our transitional housing program. They are exciting about having a second chance and moving forward in their lives. Both are seeking living wage employment, transportation, and after they build up, independent housing. They will be going through our Life Restoration program. Please pray for these guys. Always pray for God‘s protection, his presence, his provision, and his purpose to take place in their lives and all of our lives. God bless you.

My friend Dtrain and I had breakfast this morning. I got to know my brother very well visiting him on a weekly basis at the prison. He is now out after 18 years. He is a new man in Christ and God has an awesome restoration plan for him!!! Partner with us to be a part of it. God bless!!!.

Evans Taylor, Chaplain Barnes and I had a spirit filled time at Edgecomb Youth development center today. We saw four pods of young men mostly 17 to 19 years old. Josiah said that all his family was Christian except for him and he had been reluctant to come to Christ. After we shared with him, he said he wanted to open up his heart and ask the Lord Jesus to come in and take control of his life. Praise God for what He is doing with these young men. please pray for them, it’s hard to be a teenager in this world.

Ebony Smith and myself back at Chatham Youth development center sharing the love of Christ. Malachi prayed to receive Christ and a wonderful staff member has taken him under his wing to disciple him. So I know a lot of you have teenagers or have been in youth ministries. Sometimes you don’t know if you’re really affecting a life or not, though you continue to pour out a tremendous amount of effort with heart and compassion for this next generation. Well, I was reading a card that a young lady gave me at Christmas and it just blessed me so much that I wanted to share. My heart welled up and it renewed my love and passion for the ministries we have at Chatham and Edgecomb Youth Development centers. Please pray for them and partner with us.
