🎉 Please join us in welcoming the newest member of our team, Dr. Christopher Ferrante! 🎉

A North Carolina native, Dr. Ferrante is excited to be back home caring for the children and families of eastern North Carolina. After completing medical school at Campbell University, his pediatrics residency at Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU, and his pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina, he is bringing his expertise, compassion, and dedication to our team.
Beyond caring for patients, Dr. Ferrante is passionate about teaching the next generation of physicians. When he’s not at work, you can find him spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs, cooking up something delicious, fishing, or exploring North Carolina.

This virtual education session offers a chance to connect with fellow community members in from all across the state.

Join Dr. Shveta Gupta for an engaging session along with a peer from the hemophilia community who will share their experience with a subcutaneous prophylactic treatment for people with Hemophilia A or B with and without inhibitors. You will learn how this treatment works, its benefits and safety, and how to get the right dose.

In addition to a great educational session with fellow community members, we will also be providing meal card upon your participation.
