LINCOLNTON, NC - Thirty-six men from twelve churches in the Western piedmont area of our state gathered at Gainsville Baptist in Lincolnton Saturday for BOM's Men's Ministry Leadership Training. A wide range of topics was covered, all focusing on the true purpose of men's ministry - that of discipling men. ROCKY MOUNT, NC - We had a great time of training with Men’s Ministry leaders from across Eastern North Carolina at Northside Community Church today. Leaders from eight churches listened, learned from each other, and shared the exciting ways that God is at work among their men. MEN'S MINISTRY LEADERSHIP TRAINING - Join us for a one day training session designed to equip and inspire Men’s Ministry Leaders, pastors, or anyone who works with men in the church. Program will include an opening overview, followed by sessions on specific ministry areas, and time for questions/wrap-up. The content will deal with how to have a vibrant, well-rounded Men’s Ministry – one that leads men to grow spiritually while involving them in mission and ministry. Come enjoy the fellowship, and network with men’s ministry leaders from across the region while sharpening your leadership skills!
Cost is $12.00 per person and Includes program fees and lunch.
Check in begins at 8:00. Training begins at 8:30 am and concludes at 1:00 pm following lunch.

WILMINGTON, NC - Men from Region 3 gathered at Wrightsboro Baptist for a great night of fellowship, worship, and sharing. Thank you to the DR team from region 3, who started us out with a great meal. Men heard about mission opportunities and were challenged to examine and "beef up" their walk with Christ. Register for the Region 7 Rally (to be held Tuesday November 18 in Boone) by the end of the day tomorrow Friday November 14 - and for the Region 9 Rally (to be held Thursday, November 20 in Canton) by the end of the day Monday, November 17. ELIZABETH CITY, NC - Men from across Region 1 gathered at Berea Baptist Church for a night of fellowship and worship. The theme for the night was "A Man of God". MEN'S WORSHIP RALLIES - During the month of November, Baptists on Mission will hold worship rallies for men in five locations across the state. We'll enjoy fellowship around the table, followed by a time of worship, spiritual challenge, discussion, and prayer. IGNITING THE HEARTS OF MEN CONFERENCE - Join us for one unforgettable day of encouragement, exhortation, and inspiration for men at the Igniting the Hearts of Men Conference at Rich Fork Baptist Church in Thomasville, NC Saturday, September 13, 2025.

This one day equipping conference is designed to prepare men to be courageous, effective Christ-followers.

The IHM Conference is for men of all ages and will include worship, and inspiring messages from two nationally known keynote speakers - Chris Harper, Betterman CEO and Rod Handley, founder of Character that Counts Ministries. Resources for men’s personal growth and men’s ministry development in the church will be featured. Three breakout session times will offered with a choice of 18 seminars led by men’s leaders from around the nation.

MEN'S MINISTRY LEADERSHIP TRAINING - One-day training sessions were held in the month of February in Asheville and Wilmington. Church men's leaders and pastors learned about the four cornerstones of ministry to men: 1. Fellowship and Outreach, 2. Spiritual Development, 3. Leadership Development and Minstry within the church, and 4. Missions Involvement. Ministry to men involves planning and intention. ASHEVILLE, NC - The last of five regional men's worship rallies was held at Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Asheville. Over sixty men gathered to enjoy a good meal, great fellowship, and a time of worship. Men heard the challenge to "Lift Each Other Up" by committing to reach out to, and disciple, a younger generation of men. Thanks to pastor Cam McLaughlin and the men of Mount Carmel for being great hosts!
