With five days left to the start of our 80th Holy Convocation, many people across the organization are participating in a collective time of fasting and prayer.
✨Swipe for tips and guidance for fasting and a list of things to pray for!✨

🔥Prayer and fasting is the backbone of our faith.
🔥Prayer is how we communicate with God, it’s our direct connection to Him. Prayer helps to strengthen our relationship with God.
🔥Fasting is to abstain from food for a period of time. Fasting is always and only food. To consecrate is when you remove other things from your day to day life, such as taking time away from social media or watching television.
🔥The key factor in fasting when tied with prayer, is to deny yourself something you enjoy, (so you can’t decide to fast from something you hate that defeats the purpose) and tap into your hunger for God. Which ultimately leads to you hearing from God more clearly.

THE COUNTDOWN IS ON! We are 21 days away from the 80th Holy Convocation!!
The first page is an overview of what the week will look like for the youth department. We’ve got a week full of activities planned for all age groups.
Make sure you pack your best 90s fits for our 90s party Friday night and our Homecoming (youth night service) on Saturday!!

Another tragedy has occured and it is touching and breaking the hearts of parents, children and people everywhere. This MUST end. We are praying for the families and communities affected by this horrible event. Please cover your children every day and night and please check in on each other. This world needs love.

He is God of the process.
God is with us in the middle of everything that we go through. He’s not just there at the beginning and he’s not waiting at the finish line for us to get there.
He is the God who walks alongside us through every test and every trial. He’s with you while you’re battling old habits. He’s with you when you forget to pray. He’s with you when you curse them out. He’s with you through it all.
God never intended for us to carry the load and do it on our on. He’s with us in the process. Of every process. Even if it’s your fifth time in the process. He’s with you every single time.
Let God be apart of your process 💜
