REFIT® combines several elements of fitness into one power-packed hour. While the focus is structured around Cardio Dance movements, toning, flexibility, strength training and stretching are also incorporated into the REFIT workout. The workout formula is easy to follow and will both challenge fitness enthusiasts and welcome beginners.

Jamie here. I cannot wait to kick off this month as the new co-lead with Manda Kinton !!!! Wear PINK, if you want or have it... 🩷 Class is FREE, so why not bring a friend or 2?! DO IT!

Happy August all!
Jamie Lynn Reid here! I am so excited to officially fill the co-lead position with Manda Kinton.
Here are some fun facts about me:
I started partying with REFIT in July 2017.
I became a REFIT Instructor in Feb 2020.
I Taught the REFIT Cary class from Sept 2020 - Sept 2022.
I am a wife of David for 15 years, mom of Gavin for 12 years, and Lincoln (pup) for 3 years.
I turn 40 this month! 🥳

Join us tonight for our final farewell class for Melinda! She has been such a tremendous blessing for this community and will be missed intensely. We will have a playlist full of her favorites and follow it up with a potluck, so join us for one or both if you can. Let's send her off with so much love as she sets off on her next adventure!💛
