Today was a Board day where we all came together and talked about new housing statistics that just came out , how we plan to serve the community and affordable housing for the remaining of 2026.

Davis Holt gets why RGN exists. As realtors we could each go do our own thing, write our own checks, help who we can on our own. And that's good! But it's not the same.

When we invest together as a community, we don't just help more people. We reach people we'd never even know needed help in the first place.
That's the whole point. Not solo impact. Collective impact.

We have more than doubled the amount of units given from last year.

We are so grateful for all of the REALTORS® who have given to our mission this summer to give back to those families who have been struggling with the heat. As you know, this summer has been a scorcher, so every AC unit that was given to a family in need has saved them.

Thank you to the 12 RRAR Members and Affiliates who stepped up and helped us raise $10,350 for Cool for Wake. These seniors and families now have free AC units because you decided that housing security means something in the summer heat.

You didn't just donate. You made sure people could actually survive in their homes during 95-degree days. That's it. That's the impact.
