We're not just failing to build enough. We're losing ground.

Wake County loses between 400 and 550 affordable housing units every year. And while those units disappear, demand keeps climbing.

That's families priced out of their neighborhoods. That's working people who can't afford to live in the community they serve. That's seniors on fixed incomes forced to choose between rent and groceries.

We can't solve the housing crisis overnight. But we can make sure the families who need help right now don't fall through the cracks.

That's why RGN partners with organizations like The Carrying Place, Hope Center at Pullen, and The Women's Center to provide stable housing and support for our most vulnerable neighbors.

The need is growing. But so is our commitment to meeting it.

Summer heat isn't just uncomfortable. For some, it's dangerous.

Cool for Wake provides free window A/C units to medically-fragile neighbors referred by Wake County Human Services. No one should have to choose between staying cool and paying their bills.

We need volunteers to deliver up to 50 A/C units this summer! It's a few hours of your time that could literally save a life and make someone or a family very, very happy.
