🎨✨CALL FOR ART + WRITING✨🏳️‍🌈

We’re excited to share the great work of the Arts Consortium of Carver County (ACCC) to help bring this year’s June Pride Exhibit to life — and we want to see YOUR work!

🖌️ Visual or literary artist?
📝 Have something meaningful to share?
🌈 Want to celebrate Pride through art?

This free exhibit is open to ALL community members and welcomes all visual and literary submissions, in any medium.

📅 Drop-off Dates: May 25–29
📍 Location: Chaska Community Center Parks + Rec office
🕙 Hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

The exhibit will premiere in Chaska and then travel to libraries in Waconia, Chanhassen, and Victoria!

✅ No limit to how many pieces you can submit
✅ Must be wired + ready to hang
✅ Forms + delivery tags required (provided by ACCC)

Today we honor the history, culture, strength, and joy of Mexican and Mexican American communities.

Cinco de Mayo commemorates the Mexican victory at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. It is also a reminder to celebrate with respect, curiosity, and care for the communities connected to this day.

To our Mexican and Mexican American neighbors, families, friends, and allies: we celebrate with you and are grateful for the culture, leadership, and love you bring to our shared community.

We are grateful for community partners who believe that supporting local events is part of caring for the people who live, work, and gather here.
