Hunters harvested 6,524 deer during fi****ms Early Antlerless Portion Oct. 9-11. The top-three harvest counties were Franklin with 203 deer harvested, Howell with 181, and Jefferson with 177. More in the comments.

In 2023, AAMP released "AAMP Basic Training: Protein Food Safety System -- HACCP, SSOPs & Other Programs." The video runs through some of the food safety basics that your employees need to know, including HACCP plans, sanitation standard operating procedures and more. After several member requests, we have had this video translated into Spanish, courtesy of the great team at MeatsPad.
