Thank you HillBilly Inn for hosting the Missing Link Snowmobile Club volunteer party last night!

Our group had a fantastic time. The food was delicious, beverages were cold, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and celebrating our volunteers' hard work.

We especially appreciated the outstanding service you provided. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and handled our group with ease, making the entire evening run smoothly.

Thank you for supporting our group and helping us show our volunteers how much they are valued.

Here are a few highlights from last nights monthly meeting.

Our chicken BBQ is scheduled for Sunday March 29th starting at 11:00 The cost of a dinner is $12 and halves are $8.

The main focus for this BBQ is to give back to our landowners. It’s a way for us to say “ thank you “ to them for allowing us to use their land during the snowmobile season. Each landowner should have received their letter for two free dinners. We encouraged them to reserve their dinners in advance by calling one of the numbers at the bottom of their letter. We could still use volunteers to help with cleaning up the barn the morning of the 28th or helping at the BBQ on the 29th. So if you’re free let me know.

The trail coordinators are in need of volunteers to help take down trails. If you are available to help pull stakes, signs, and putting them away please IM us and we’ll notify the trail coordinators. Many hands makes light work. All help is greatly appreciated!

Our Groomer maintenance coordinator is also looking for volunteers to help service the machines so we’re ready for next year. Once again, please IM us if your available to help.

Special thanks goes out to the bars and restaurants that sold NYSSA super raffle tickets this year. The top sellers this year were Zero Dock, Mimi’s and Hillbilly Inn. A portion of the ticket sales is returned to our club to help cover maintenance expenses. We appreciated all who sold or bought tickets !

We are working on a date and time for this year’s volunteers party, we will be posting the details as soon as it’s set.

Thanks for another successful season.

So one of our landowners call today and told me the snowmobiles were running over their planted trees on the side of the old state road. We have done pretty good up until now but as things go someone will always ruin a good thing. We have had issues in years past and the landowner has been very patient, so please stay on the trail and ride the shoulder of the road.
