Snowflake Shout-out to the West Hancock volleyball team this fall for their very generous donation to Hancock County HUGS!

The West Hancock volleyball team hosted their annual Pink Out Night and raised money for HUGS, a local organization that supports cancer patients and families. The volleyball team began by splitting up in to groups and shopped for silent auction baskets to be bid on the night of the game. Each player also made homemade goodies for their free will donation bake sale at the game. They also sold pink out shirts made by Rural Bliss Designs, to fans and donated those proceeds as well. This year, their donations to HUGS totaled $2,195.12! We’re so proud of the hard work the team and coaches put into making their annual pink out night such a success. Of course none of this would have been possible without the support of the fans attending the Pink Out game and their generous donations. Thank you!

A huge shout-out to Bobbo-fest planners and supporters, young and old, near and far! Your generosity was amazing! Hancock County HUGS is grateful for the recent donation presented to us by Lila Brooks-Fritz. HUGS is fortunate to have so many caring people support our mission! We are grateful for the opportunity to be good stewards of the money donated to HUGS. We continue to provide assistance to those who are fighting the cancer battle. Because no one should fight it alone.

HUGS of Hancock County receives donations from caring organizations, businesses, families and individuals. Earlier this year HUGS received $4520 from the Annual Bobbofest event at Lake Linda. This was a wonderful family event with music, entertainment, food and lots of fun activities! THANK YOU BOBBOFEST! HUGS OF HANCOCK COUNTY 🩷’s YOU!
