TWIN VILLAGE COMMUNITY, look what you did!!

It was an honor to write an incredible $10,000 donation to our local VEM Food Pantry. This check was raised, written, and donated in LOVING memory of Anita Sheets, who truly put her soul into helping our community. This year’s Bar Crawl outdid itself, and the emotions sure are flowing.

“It takes a village”.
We all say it but showing it truly makes the difference.

Thank you to our community, our locals and their businesses, those who came from near and far, and the volunteers who made this day happen!

To the Sheets Family- thank you for allowing us to continue Anita’s generosity and love for the community. Thank you for sharing stories and memories to keep her alive as her time here was just not long enough.

In Anita’s name, we will be donating our biggest number to date. You all have set our bar high, and I cannot wait to see what’s to come. 🤍

WHEN: TODAY- Saturday, September 28th with 12pm start at the Carthage American Legion #789 & 7pm end at West Side Bar and Grille! 21+ to participate and YES, you can participate without having pre registered! See you soon!

WHERE: Carthage American Legion, VFW Auxiliary 7227, Carthage Elks Lodge #1762, Papermaker’s Pub at Zero Dock Street Restaurant & Bar, Wicked W***h Saloon, Hall Pass Tavern, & West Side Bar & Grille.

WHO: Local businesses and people raising money and support for our local Carthage V.E.M Food Pantry in Remembrance of Anita Sheets 🤍

Anita Teresa Sheets: A true light within our community.
A family woman, wonderful cook, best co-captain on the river, world traveler, and the most selfless person. Giving back and volunteering in many organizations, with our Carthage VEM Food Pantry being one of her most treasured.

This year our bar crawl wanted to give back in Anita’s name. Continuing to support and advocate for our locals as she would and reach out our hands to continue her love for this community.

YES! YES! YES!

YES! You can still participate in this years Bar Crawl even if you didn't pre-register! Kick off is at the Carthage American Legion @ 12pm- table will be set up and ready by 1130am! $15 participation which enters you in the end of crawl prizes and 100% proceeds going to the VEM Food Pantry!

YES! WE WILL HAVE EXTRA SHIRTS! Limited, but they will be available! NO HOLDS. 100% proceeds also going to the VEM Food Pantry.
