This youth group will be for the entire community! We want all churches interested involved! Please share this as this youth group is an effort to come together as the body of Christ to bring our youth up with a Biblical world view, knowing the love of Christ!

We wanted to extend some information to hopefully answer any questions that the community may have about the direction of The Outreach Center. The board voted to take a winter break starting this Wednesday (11/27) for a few reasons. First, we have a very limited supply of volunteers. This makes it necessary to let our volunteers have a break. Second, our attendance has gone down since the time change. With the dark evenings and colder weather, it is more difficult for kiddos to make it due to a lot of our students riding bikes. We plan to reopen our Wednesday night program in the early spring. There will still be community events occurring at the Outreach this winter. As far as the rumors about a business shutting down Outreach, the center will become a shared space with a business moving into the back and the Outreach continuing to operate in the front. This decision was also reached for a few reasons. Our goal is to continue to serve the community and the youth of the community. The Outreach Center is still going to be in place. Tis' the season! The annual Christmas on the square is coming up this week (11/30). We will be up at the outreach center with coloring pages for the kiddos, an open gameroom, we will have a movie playing, and some hot chocolate. Stop in and check it out, lots of fun for all!

Had a wonderful evening out at the pool. We had to compete against the fair but the kiddos that made it out had a great time. Even had a visit from a momma spider and her babies!

Come on out to the Carthage Pool tonight from 6-8. Admission is on us! We will have some hot dogs too!
