Join us Friday as we celebrate the Holidays at the Blazing Star Cultural Arts Center Holiday Open House. Create holiday arts and crafts for the family, a fireside reading of the Night Before Christmas, performances by Carteret Jr. High Essence & Carteret Community Chorus, and reading with Carteret Community Theater! Everything starts at 7pm on Friday with refreshments and a hot chocolate bar!

A 22-year-old gunman entered an LGBTQ nightclub in Colorado Springs, Colorado, just before midnight Saturday and immediately opened fire, killing at least five people and injuring 25 others, before patrons confronted and stopped him, police said Sunday.
