Are you a **Black Trans leader** passionate about **empowerment, mentorship, and community building**? We’re looking for **three facilitators**—a **trans man, trans woman, and non-binary gender expansive** individual—to join our **Empowerment Program**!
💼 **Position:** Empowerment Program Facilitator
📍 **Remote/Hybrid** (Some travel required)
💰 **$18/hr | 32 hours/week | 1-year contract**
🚀 **Target Start Date:** March 17, 2025
🔹 **What You’ll Do:**
✅ Provide **1-on-1 mentorship & group facilitation**
✅ Lead **monthly meetings & quarterly activities**
✅ Plan & facilitate an **annual retreat**
✅ Support **Black Trans community leadership**
✅ Travel (15-20%) for the **Empowerment Summit & conferences**
