Carroll County Area YMCA Carroll County Area YMCA On January 22, 2013 we were able to open the doors to our new YMCA location.

Our expansion consists of a social room including t.v., pool and ping pong table, child care watch room, aerobic/multipurpose room, cardio and weight room, and restroom and shower area. SUMMER CYCLE CLASS UPDATE!!!!!

Come join Kathy for your lunch break and get a 45-minute sweat session while jamming to great tunes, in a black-light ambience, and making new friends. This 45-minute cycle class is open to any level of fitness, and even if you are brand new to cycling, you will fit right in. (Don't forget we have showers in the locker room if you need them after class before you slide back to work).

The cycle class summer schedule begins Monday, June 1st, and class is 12-12:45 p.m. Don't forget, Cycle class is FREE with your YMCA membership! Contact Kathy at [email protected] or call 542-0011 for more questions.
