Congratulations to Emma on receiving the Guns n Clovers Most Improved Award at the 4-H Banquet. This is Emma’s second season with the team and she demonstrated significant growth on and off the firing range. Her combined testing and shooting average increased 25 points and her high score increased 28 points. Due to scheduling, she attended a different district match than the team. This may have been challenging in the past, but because of her growth in confidence and skills, she won 2nd place overall, 1st place Standing, 3rd place Sitting, and she achieved a new personal best score at that match. Way to go Emma!

Guns N Clovers had a great finish at the Georgia 4-H State Tournament! Fourteen of our shooters traveled to Madison, GA to compete with 435 shooters and 65 teams in the “World’s Largest BB Match” at Rock Eagle.

One of our shooters competed in the Toombs District Match since she could not attend our regular District. Congratulations to Emma on qualifying for state, shooting a new personal best, and winning 2nd place Overall, 1st place Standing, and 3rd place Sitting. Way to go Emma!

Guns n Clovers competed in the Northwest District Match with 90 shooters and 10 teams from our region. This is our state match qualifier where all shooters get one chance to qualify for the GA 4-H State Match. We are very proud that ALL of our shooters had a qualifying score!
We also won several team and individual awards including top shooter in the first year division and overall.

We had a great day hosting and competing in the 2026 Georgia Games State Championship. Almost 200 shooters and 23 teams from across GA came to the Carrol County Agriculture Center for the 2nd largest match in the state. This one is divided into gender and age categories with awards given to the top 3 in each position and overall.
Our athletes placed in the top 10 in every age category!!
We also had another 100 target: Mary in Sitting 100-9!

Guns n Clovers wins the Jaycee State Championship! This match was held in Coweta Co and had 85 shooters and 13 teams. Our athletes won awards in all positions and our teams placed 1st, 5th, and 7th. Way to go Guns N Clovers!
