It was a terrific Tuesday with Monica & Cece at the WUA! Office!

We sent out 7 boxes of beautiful items! We shipped boxes of hats & scarves to Icahn House in NY, Project Homeless in OR and Grace Pantry Outreach in NY, a box of baby blankets and baby hats to Cradled Blessings in TX, 2 boxes of veteran blankets to SGT Quintanilla in south TX and a box of 500 to a joiner in OH! Thank you so much for your incredible donations and support! ❤️

New Campaign: 2,500 Sections for Yarnsgiving!

Warm Up America! is teaming up with the Craft Yarn Council to spread warmth and kindness this season. From I Love Yarn Day, through Giving Tuesday, 12/1, we’re inviting makers everywhere to knit or crochet 7"x9" sections that will be joined into lap blankets for people in need.

Please use #4 (medium worsted weight) acrylic yarn for these sections and write "Yarnsgiving" on the campaign line on your donation form. Please make sure to weave in all the tails/ends on the sections.

Help us meet our goal of 2,500 sections, which will be assembled into 100 lap blankets and then be distributed to various charities across the nation, like Saber Healthcare. Find patterns and details here: https://warmupamerica.org/yarnsgiving-wua/

Today was a busy day at the Warm Up America office with Irma & Monica!

We sent out 5 big boxes of comfort We shipped blankets to St. Francis Health Services in MN, My Stuff Bags Foundation in CA and a highschool in Ohio! We sent boxes of 500 sections to joiners in OH & IA! Thank you for all of the beautiful items you sent us this week!
