GENERAL SUBJECTS OF BOARD MEETING:
• Review collections of 2026 and earlier HOA assessments/other charges; and potential additional collection steps
• Review of financial statements and current HOA cash position
• Review plans for CPA Annual Review of 12-31-2025 HOA financial statements;
• Set date / time / place for HOA Annual Members’ meeting in September, 2026
• Set deadline for inviting HOA Members to run for the Board
• Set deadline for inviting HOA Members to run for the ACC
• Discuss the board meeting date, time, and place, and the planned Social for Members to participate in National Night Out, October 6, 2026
• Discuss legal matters, including any DCCR (covenant) violations;
• Review of previous meetings’ minutes
• Update on landscaping and architectural matters for the Association
• Discuss any insurance renewals
• Discuss any open ACC requests, and ACC decisions/matters
• Updates on any other HOA management, maintenance, and financial matters
