As part of our clinic's 10th anniversary celebration, guests had the opportunity to explore the National Medal of Honor Museum and experience the stories of courage, sacrifice, and service embodied by each Medal of Honor recipient.

The museum's immersive exhibits honor these remarkable individuals while inviting visitors to reflect on the values of leadership, integrity, and commitment that continue to inspire generations.

We are grateful to have celebrated this milestone in a space dedicated to preserving and sharing the stories of those who went above and beyond in service to others.

It’s a bittersweet but heartfelt day here at the Cohen Clinic at Metrocare. Our beloved Clinic Director, Dr. Chelsea Fiduccia, is moving on to her next adventure.

Dr. Fiduccia is just shy of her ten-year anniversary at the clinic - joining shortly after our opening in 2016 and stepping into the Clinic Director role in 2021.

Our data-loving leader - whose Excel sheets know no bounds and whose attention to detail rivals a finely tuned algorithm - has made a lasting impact across Cohen Veterans Network and especially here in North Texas.

In honor of her analytical spirit, we looked back: over 2,300 client appointments supported, 100+ staff and trainees mentored, and countless community events facilitated.

When she received CVN’s Founders Award for integrity and excellence, colleagues described her as a leader who leads by example - fostering inclusivity, maintaining an open-door approach, and empowering others to succeed. She is known as fair, positive, trustworthy, precise, and deeply selfless.

As we close out these final data points, one thing is clear: while she loves data, her impact on this clinic and the North Texas military community is immeasurable.

Thank you, Dr. Fiduccia! You will be deeply missed.

Our clinic's recent staff development day included training, teamwork, and a highly scientific experiment to determine whether spaghetti and marshmallows can support structural integrity.
Results: questionable. Teamwork: excellent.

Enjoy this fun video from our day!

About 7% of veterans experience at some point in their lives, and for many, it can feel like you’re stuck in patterns, memories, or reactions that are hard to change.
But with the right treatment, you can retrain your brain and feel more like yourself again
