WELCOME OUR NEW DANCE DIRECTOR!

The Creekview High School Dance Department is excited to welcome Ms. Ryan Taylor as our new Chevals Drill Team Director, Los Stangs Folklórico Director, and Dance 1 Educator.

Ms. Taylor served as the Cheval Captain and Moving Ground Dance Company President in 2019. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Sam Houston State University, where she trained extensively in modern, contemporary, ballet, jazz, choreography, improvisation, partnering, and dance technology. She also studied at Collin College and has performed with the Collin Dance Ensemble, Sam Houston State University Dance Department, ImPULSE Dance Project, and is currently a performer with Full Circle Dance Company. Most recently, she has served as a Permanent Substitute Teacher at Creekview High School, where she has built meaningful relationships with students and the school community.

Ms. Taylor brings a passion for dance education, artistic excellence, and student leadership. We are excited for the future of the Chevals Drill Team and Los Stangs Folklórico under her leadership and look forward to the positive impact she will make on our students, families, and the Creekview dance community.
