A day of discovery on The Mountain! 🏔️

Today our faculty and staff gathered for professional development centered on one big idea: we are culture curators. Discovery isn't just something we ask of our students. Our teachers spent the day leaning into it themselves, exploring new ways to shape a community where every student is known, challenged, and loved.

From carpool greetings to classroom conversations, every intentional moment builds the culture of discovery our Warrior family calls home. Culture doesn't happen by accident. It's curated, one moment at a time. 💙❤️

Discover Who You Are Called To Become 💙❤️

Last week on The Mountain, we officially opened The Sewell Family Nexus Center! 🎉

This new space connects every step of a student's journey, from counseling and college and industry planning to family conversations and academic milestones, all in one place.

Thank you to the Sewell Family for your generosity and for believing in our Warriors. What a remarkable legacy! 🙏

At OMA, we discover who we are called to become.

🌟 Lower School Warrior Leader of the Month 🌟

Congratulations to 4th grader Avery, our LS Warrior Leader of the Month!

Avery's teachers and classmates describe her as someone who is kind to everyone and always ready with a smile and a word of encouragement for anyone who needs it. She listens well, gives her best every day, and chooses to lead with integrity and responsibility.

Avery is a natural leader who works hard to bring out the best in those around her, and she shows us what the Warrior Way looks like each and every day. We are so proud to have her on The Mountain! 💙❤️
