PALS Animal Alliance-formerly Full Circle Rescue

PALS Animal Alliance-formerly Full Circle Rescue The Carroll County Animal Shelter is funded through County funds, but there is not enough money in the budget to save as many animals as we would like.

PALS is a 501(3)c started in 2013 with a mission to help support the Carroll County Animal Shelter through funding needs not supported by the county's budget as well as promote fostering and spay/neuter efforts. The employees of Carroll County Animal Shelter decided there needed to be a way that we could save animals without taking more money from the county; a fund where every dime donated goes t

o the shelter. So, Full Circle Rescue was born. Our vision is to continue to save more animals and make Carroll County, GA a no-kill community by 2025.

If you love animals, fostering is a great way to make a lasting impact! Please consider becoming a foster - visit www.palsanimalalliance.com for more info and to apply.

Calling all pet parents! Fostering is such a powerful way to help pets in need find their forever homes. Even a small amount of time out of the shelter can make all the difference. We hope you’ll consider fostering a pet this summer. You just might be the spark that leads a pet to the loving family it deserves.

Right now, hundreds of shelters and rescues are participating in our Foster 50 Challenge to grow their foster programs for a chance to earn a grant to help continue that vital work. Find a participating organization near you for foster opportunities at https://www.pedigreefoundation.org/foster50challenge

We have had many people asking how they can help! Here ya go.. This list includes items that the shelter uses regularly. The toys help with boredom- they are tough for aggressive chewers and help the dogs occupy their time. Please share with any friends you feel might want to help out. ***delivery address:

PALS has accepted this challenge. Please consider fostering a dog or cat from the Carroll Co GA Animal Shelter. There are so many wonderful animals who would benefit from a night or two away from the shelter! Check out the Adoptable Pets of Carroll County GA Animal Shelter for more info on pets available to foster

🐶 Attention pet lovers! 🐱 Shelters and rescues are facing capacity challenges. 2025 ended with more dogs and cats in shelters than when the year began, and one of the best ways YOU can help is by fostering a pet.

According to data from ’s Fund, dogs and cats who spend time in foster care are less likely to be returned after adoption, so reach out to your local shelters or rescues to learn about foster opportunities.

Starting tomorrow, shelters and rescues across the country will participate in a three-month Foster 50 Challenge to increase foster participation and be eligible for a Foster 50 Challenge Grant. Find a participating organization near you at PEDIGREEFoundation.org/Foster50Challenge
