Why do I keep posting about the Lewisville ISD Special Olympics Golf Classic?

Because Special Olympics—and the amazing individuals who participate—are very near and dear to my heart. 💙

My son, Billy, is one of more than 150 individuals who benefit from Lewisville ISD Special Olympics and from the funds raised through our Annual Golf Classic.

These athletes bring so much joy, determination, friendship, and love into our lives. They truly make our world a better place.

Our annual golf tournament helps raise the funds needed to provide sports, competitions, and opportunities for our athletes with little or no financial burden on them or their families.

So yes, I will keep posting, sharing, asking, and supporting—because these athletes are worth it. 💙

Every golfer, sponsor, donation, and share helps us continue making a difference.

LISDSO BOCCE TEAM got to practice on their newly sodded courts this morning. The grass is still turning green, but it was a nice breezy morning! Thank you to Grounds Keeper Willie for getting the courts ready for play.

Proceeds from the Cross Timbers Rotary Duck Derby benefits numerous nonprofit organizations, including LISDSO, and helps make a positive change.
