"I don't know if you enjoy follow-ups to situations you provide behavioural help for, but I thought I'd give an update because I am incredibly grateful for the help you've given myself and my kitties.

Months ago, you responded to an email of mine asking for help with a cat introduction process that seemed to be one step forward, two steps back with little progress happening for months. Using the behavioural insights you provided, my cats, Maui and Mouse, went from Maui (resident cat) hissing and attacking me whenever she was even brought near to the closed room Mouse was in to literally cuddling up next to her in the window! I couldn't have imagined things would go so well, I really felt hopeless for a while, and I just wanted to deeply thank you for what you do. These cats would not have ended up so happy without you!"
