💬💚 Be on the lookout for “Speak It, Don’t Keep It” signs throughout Carroll County! 💚💬

This mental health awareness campaign was developed by our Youth Resiliency Leadership Team - 24 high school students from Brown Local Schools, Carrollton Exempted Village School District, and Conotton Valley Union Local School District. The campaign was created to help normalize conversations around mental health and encourage others to speak up, seek support, and know they are not alone.

When a young person is in crisis, getting help quickly matters.

Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS), overseen by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, provides on-the-go mental health support for youth under 20, meeting them where they are, when they need it most.

As of April 2025, MRSS is now available statewide, expanding access to critical support for families across Ohio.

If a child or teen is experiencing a mental health crisis, help is just a call away:
📞 Call or text 988 and ask for MRSS

You’re not alone—and support can come directly to you.

Did you know children in Ohio can receive one free book every month from birth until age five through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio?

This free program helps build early literacy skills during the most important years of brain development—especially in the earliest years of life, when foundational learning takes place.

Books are mailed directly to your child, helping families build a lifelong love of reading right at home.

📬 How to sign up: Any child in Ohio, birth to age five, is eligible.
Start here: ohioimaginationlibrary.org

After each book arrives, take time to read together, talk about the story, and explore the pictures—small moments that make a big impact.
