This May, we’re turning movement into a message.

Starting May 1st, one of our dedicated Recovery Spot Advisory Board members will be taking on an incredible challenge: running a full marathon distance *every single day* for 31 days straight.

That’s:
• 31 days
• 31 marathons
• Over 800 miles

All to raise awareness for mental health and recovery.

This journey will kick off on Day 1 with a run from The Recovery Spot of West Georgia (Carrollton, GA) to Coweta FORCE (Newnan, GA), highlighting the power of connection across recovery communities. Throughout the month, runs will continue to local Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs), bringing visibility to the resources available right here in our area.

Along the way, there will be live videos, updates, and opportunities for YOU to get involved. You don’t have to run a marathon—just choose your movement. Walk, stretch, dance, breathe… whatever supports your mental health.

This movement is about more than miles. It’s about breaking stigma, starting conversations, and reminding people they are not alone.

Because recovery is possible.
Because mental health matters.
And because—we do hard things.

Follow along, share, and join the movement this May.
