Congratulations to Valerie and Rod Yost on Deerhaven in Courtview allotment. Their well manicured property was chosen as Suburban Garden Club’s Yard of the month.
They received a gift card from Ace Hardware for being recognized for their beautiful property.

The McCook House is sponsoring a door contest in honor of our nation’s 250th birthday. Area garden clubs were invited to participate and you can vote for your favorite until end of September. Stop in to see the doors and other decorations that have provided for this momentous occasion. Several events have been scheduled at the McCook House as well that would be of interest. Check these events in FP or on the Carroll County Chamber website.
Our club would appreciate any votes for our door.

Update for July meeting 7/14 at 6pm - new location - 291 4th Street NE, Carrollton
Program-Rock painting to place in village park areas. Fun search for families.
Bring brushes. Paint and rocks will be provided.
