Today we had the honor of attending the Sertoma luncheon where ARC alongside other incredible local nonprofits were presented with generous donations from Sertoma.

It was truly inspiring to sit in a room full of people and organizations all committed to pouring back into Carroll County. We are grateful for Sertoma’s generosity, hospitality, and continued investment in making our community stronger for everyone.💜💫

Kelly Skinner has been named the 2026 Georgia Special Olympics Coach of the Year! 🌟

What makes this even more incredible? This marks the second statewide Special Olympics honor for Carrollton just this week! Our community is leading the way in heart, dedication, and inclusion.

For 15 years, Kelly has poured her soul into our athletes, coaching everything from cheer and dance sport to golf, bocce, bowling, and pickleball. Officials describe her passion as "unmatched," but those who know her see her as a behind-the-scenes hero who is always in her athletes' corner — offering leadership and encouragement both on and off the field. 📣✨

Beyond the sidelines, Kelly is a driving force behind beloved events like the Miss Sparkle pageant, and she’s taking her talents to the national stage this June as the cheer coach for Team USA at the Special Olympics in Minnesota! 🇺🇸
