This morning, our Scouts hit the streets of Arlington for the annual Scouting for Food collection! Our girls collected and sorted thousands of pounds of food to help feed families in our community.

Scouting for Food is one of the largest food drives in the country, and we're proud our Troop could be part of this important service project. Special thanks to boy's Troop 162 for partnering with us on the sorting effort!

Thank you to everyone in Arlington who donated, and to all our Scouts for their hard work and dedication to serving our community!

Today, 15 of our amazing Scouts conquered the ropes course and soared through the treetops on zip lines! Nothing beats that rush of pushing your limits and cheering on your friends.
This is what Troop 163 scouting is all about – building confidence, making lifelong friendships, and discovering just how brave you really are.

Back home, clean and rested after an amazing week at Goshen’s Camp Marriott! Despite the oppressive heat, Troop 163 scouts worked hard to learn new skills and earn new merit badges. They even got a chance to cool off at Goshen Pass in the Maury River. Troop 163 earned the Camp Adventure Award for the week (and the coveted oar one night!) Thank you adult leaders for making it possible! Way to go scouts!!
