The Texas Department of Agriculture has opened the State of Texas Agriculture Relief (STAR) Fund application for agricultural producers who experienced losses from the July 14 severe storms and flooding event. Eligible producers should review the disaster proclamation to determine county eligibility.

Applications must be submitted by October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
