We’ll be hosting a special Child Abuse Prevention Month art project for kids at our tent 🎨💙

✨ Kids can create their own artwork & 3 winners will be chosen! We also have stickers and candy!

With our club's mission focusing primarily on prevention of child abuse, we work with many local organizations that do the hard work daily to keep our kids safe and heard. Hope Haven Children's Advocacy Center is one!

Today, we pause to remember Aurora—one year later. 🤍

Because of this incredible community, her legacy lives on through Aurora’s Cubby—a place of comfort, warmth, and healing for children who need it most. Located inside Hope Haven Children's Advocacy Center. With over $4,100 raised and 100 warmies donated, every gift is a reminder that love still shines, even in grief.

💙 Thank You for Sharing This Life-Saving Initiative 💙

A big thank you to Debbie Benoit and Amanda Reynolds for speaking to the Exchange Club of Picayune this week about the collaborative effort to bring a Safe Haven Baby Box to our community.

This important project is being organized through the Leadership Pearl River County Class of 2026, in partnership with many community leaders and organizations working together to make this vision possible.

A Safe Haven Baby Box provides a secure, anonymous option for a mother in crisis to safely surrender her newborn in accordance with Mississippi’s Safe Haven Law, ensuring the infant receives immediate care and protection.

Their goal is to install a Safe Haven Baby Box at a local Fire Department, and they are currently seeking community sponsors and supporters to help make this life-saving resource available in Pearl River County. The 1st deadline is March 15th but we they will be taking donations after this date.

Looking to make a difference right here at home? 💙

The Exchange Club of Picayune is growing and we’re looking for new members who want to serve, lead, and positively impact our community.

We meet weekly and work together to support youth, families, and Veterans throughout Pearl River County. Our programs focus on:
• Americanism
• Community Service
• Youth Development
• Prevention of Child Abuse

If you’ve ever thought about getting more involved locally, this is your opportunity. You don’t have to be a lifelong volunteer, just someone who cares about making Pearl River County an even better place to live.

✨ Come visit a meeting, every Wednesday from 12 - 1 PM.

What an incredible night at our Annual Fish or Chicken Fundraiser last Wednesday!

We are so grateful to everyone who came out, purchased plates, pre-ordered, shared our posts, and supported the Exchange Club of Picayune. Your support directly helps us continue funding local projects that serve our community all year long.

A very special thank you to Jack's Fish House, owner and Exchange Club member Scotty Welch and Courtney Welch, for making this event possible year after year. From allowing us to use their location, to preparing the delicious meals, to being the driving force behind the success of this fundraiser… we simply couldn’t do it without you. The food was outstanding, as always! 🐟🍗

We also want to recognize our amazing Exchange Club member volunteers who worked the line, served plates, sold tickets, and made the evening run smoothly. Your time and dedication truly make a difference. 💙

Because of this community, we’re able to continue our mission of service right here at home, and we couldn’t be more thankful.
