Just over two weeks away from our third annual event! Join us May 3rd from 12-5 PM at the Carrboro Town Commons for an afternoon of art, community, and fun. This year's event features over 60 artists, 10 local community groups creating change for a better tomorrow in the Triangle/North Carolina, and our good friends at Don Cabe food truck! Don't forget to bring a t-shirt or tote bag to get screen printed, cash to spend, art materials to swap, and copies of your own zines to trade. We can't wait to see you!

CATS, MATCH, and Chboro Zine Fest invite you to join us for an evening of community making and learning on April 19 from 5-7 PM at The ArtsCenter. Chboro Zine Fest is only a few weeks away! Come get excited about zines with your community. Learn briefly about their history in radical civil rights movements and make a zine to take home with you. Attendees are encouraged to make use of library and home printers to bring copies of their new zine with them to the fest to trade with other artists and zinesters as part of our attempt to disrupt capitalist norms. 2025 Zine-tober prompts! If you do a prompt tag us and use and/or
[ID: 5 mostly identical slides. Each slide has a purple background with a spiral bound notebook open to a page with a paper clipped scrap on it. The scrap reads “2025 Zinetober Prompts.” Next to the scrap is a picture of an animal with a witch hat that looks cut and paste onto the page. In order on each slide the animals are a crow, a kitten, a spaniel dog, a bear, and a giraffe. A major upgrade for Chboro Zine Fest from last year! Don Cabe food truck will be on site all day sharing yummy, dietary restriction/allergen friendly Mexican soul food! Come for the artists, but grab a bite while you’re at it!

While this is a mask required event— we know the importance of sustaining your body. Please use your best judgement and common curtesy to communicate with those around you while unmasking to eat or drink. We ask that food stay out of the vendor walk ways to make sure no spills or drips ruin the hard work of our vending artists!
