Save Carrboro Green Spaces Save Carrboro Green Spaces is an ad hoc community group that was formed in April 2016. We want to preserve Carrboro's remaining natural green spaces.

These spaces clean and cool our air and provide respite and resetting in these stressful times. It is possible to both increase density and affordable housing while preserving green spaces. This group was formed in April 2016 in response to the no-warning commencement of construction of a Google internet relay facility in the woods on the Fidelity Street.
